Dear take rest..aap ek garam paani ki bottle Jo aati hai bazaar me usmey babut tez nai lekin garam paani bharkar sikai karey thigh ke upar ke area ki.. yaani joint between hip and legs.. actually yaha muscle stress ki wajah se pain hotaa hai pregnancy me..also sotey samay ek <u>extra</u> pillow ka support le..ek time par babhut der Tak khade mat raho and koshish karo ki weight distributed rahey..
