Hi Manjusha as the baby is 10 months old you can start giving family food whatever you all eat as family without salt and sugar. 3 meals and 1 snack is recommended. Do not worry about the weight part if the baby is active, height is genetic and it will increase as the baby grows. Include good fats like ghee, coconut oil, unsalted butter, potatoes, bananas, avocado, eggs , ragi etc in baby's diet regularly.
