Hello many congratulations to you and your family, Breastfeeding is very important hence continue breastfeeding. There is no restrictions in food, mother can eat everything home made in moderation. Include lot of jeera,saunf, daliya, ajwain, oats, eggs, mutton paya, fish, crabs, dals ,fruits and vegetables, milk and milk products . Ask her to drink plenty water and keep latching the baby to the breast often.
