#imbecca I love boiled peanuts Sundal, but boiling it with shells then remove the shells and the making the Sundal is such a tedious work and I avoid it. Recently my Aunt in US gave me this rcp, in US they dont get with shells. This raw peanuts packet I got from local market. Soak the raw peanuts for 4 hours
Cook for 2 whistles, strain the water.
In a open pan heat oil then add mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves , red dry chillies once it spluters add the boiled peanuts. Adjust salt as per your liking. It is so healthy to snack on this. There is also another rcp: Soak like 4 hours and than pressure cook for three whistle Drain and do tadka as always with mustard seeds, urdu day, red chilies curry leaves and hing Grind some coconut and few green chilles add to the tadka and saute few minutes, add salt and turmeric and now add the cooked peanuts and mix thoroughly and garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and 1/2 lemon juice accordingly to taste
