I baked and frosted this Birthday cake for my niece who turned 3 yesterday. 1. Ganache frosting was bad idea because it's too hot now. 2. I couldn't find fresh cream so managed with full fat milk cream but it was difficult 3. Had only 2 small packets of gems , managed to buy only m&m but it was big so it kept falling from the straw. 4. Baked 2 cakes and 1 crumbled so baked again at the last minute.

Anyways I feel it's okay for the first attempt in Gems Illusion cake, May be next time I will do better.
