Try to think of good times.. meditate.. have some alone time and calm yourself... spend time on some hobby.. you can spend some time in reading religious books...

Take a book .. write out all ur anger... All ur frustration.. u can even abuse the person with whom u r angry... ul feel much better. Later wen u calm down.. throw the paper away..
