In my first pregnancy i had gestational diabetes. Will i have it again in my second pregnancy?

hi. yes the chance is gestational diabetes are high for the second pregnancy but it is not a rule to have it again. please get your fasting, post prandial blood sugars as well as HbA1C done. stick to your GDM <u>diet</u> of eating frequent 2-3 hours meals to not had sugar spikes. if you had not received optimum guidance regarding nutrition in your first pregnancy I can send you few guidelines (I have been trained in treating Gdm patients). make sure your sugar levels are good and hen go ahead with planning Ur next pregnancy.if Ur already pregnant then start eating right foods and time them correctly to maintain sugars.

every pregnancy vary, and there are a lot of hormonal changes in body when u r pregnant, so u may or may not suffer from the same again. talk to ur hume and get the <u>ryt</u> tests done
