In my quest to move to a healthier lifestyle for self & babies, I started reading up on millets. Millets have been our primary food for centuries... every part of the country have been eating Jawar, Bajra, Raagi (Naachni), Sama (Barnyard) as a part of their daily diet. These are high in fiber, calcium/iron & easy to digest.

Millets are Positive & Neutral in nature. Making them a part of the baby's daily diet will ensure a wholesome nutrition. They go very well with all pulses & veggies. And trust me they taste yummy too. Only avoid mixing millets as it then reduces their effectiveness.

My interests, led me to learn in depth about them. Millets individually work on different organs & cleanse them.
