1 cup spinach
1 avocado
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup water or milk
1 cup plain yogurt
How to prepare:
- Wash the spinach thoroughly.
- Peel the avocado and remove the seed.
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender until it becomes smooth and creamy.
- Add water or milk to balance the consistency.
- Blend it again and pour it into a glass.
