You may stop anytime.. But u can alwys give a night mssage before bedtime using cream or moisturizer.

Any time, it doesn't matter. Science does not support giving massage will increase baby's growth. Infact in South many doesn't have the concept of massage at all, giving massage helps the baby relaxed and sleeps well that's it.
