Everything in moderation is fine...eat as much you want but in small meals....I used to have one small bowl of mixed dry fruits as evening snack which had walnut, figs, almonds, sunflower seeds, peaches and lotus seeds

walnuts 1 or 2 is enough. Beetroot you only need to take as a sabzi, not a necessity. Include all vegetables, fruits and pulses in your diet...
