Include a variety of millets in your diet like jowar, ragi and bajra. Move over the regular wheat rotis and give your body an extra dose of nutrients everyday. Along with being a super food for babies ragi is very good for adults too. It is very rich in calcium. Jowar is very light on the stomach and being a complex carb it is an ideal option to go with a green leafy sabzi for dinner. Bajra is known to be rich in Iron and mostly eaten in winters. Try ditching the wheat and include a variety of millets for a healthier living :)

Yes of coz it does. Millets in any form. The idea is to include a variety of them and get over the monotonous staple wheat rotis
