Independence day and rakshabandhan was on same day this year and I prepared so many delicacies..
One of them was Kesariya Sandesh
Ingredients

Full cream milk 1litre

Sugar powdered 1/4cup

Elaichi powder to taste

Kesar

Rose water

Vinger 2tbsp to make paneer

Method

1. Boil full cream milk

2. Add vinegar and switch off the gas.

3. Drain water and wash thoroughly so that vinegar smells goes away

4. Hang it for 30 mins

5. Now mix sugar, elaichi powder, Kesar and rose water..

6. Mix and mash thoroughly..

7. Now fry in a pan for 5mins..

8. Mix once again and make small balls..

9. Decorate with Kesar, chopped almonds or pistachios..
