Ingredients.
🥣 chopped Cashew, Almonds, Pistachio – 1 Cup Each.
🥣 Ghee – 3 spoons.
🥣 Dates-2 cups.
🥣 poppy seeds -1 spoon.
🥣 fresh grated coconut – 2 spoons.

Recipe.
🥣 Roast all nuts in 2 spoons of ghee until raw smell goes off and then add coconut, poppy seeds. Turn off the flame and keep aside.
🥣 Deseed the dates and chop them. Grind them Without adding water.
🥣 in the same pan add grounded dates and mix well in a med flame, so that all ingredients mix well with dates.
🥣 apply ghee to hand and make round balls in the size of your wish.
Tips 💡.
😋 no need to add a sweetener like honey it sugar as dates has a natural sweetener.
😋 this sweet is preferable to kids as it has no preservatives.
😋you can add other nuts like walnuts with half of the quantity.
😋 if you want e sweetener to add raisins along with dates.
😋 coconut gives crunchy taste and poppy seeds are helpful in digestion.
😋 medium roast the nuts will give crunchy taste to laddoo.
😋 make laddoos when it’s hot. If it cools down just add a bit of ghee and roast for a second.
😋 it can be stored in air right container for 10-15 days.
Prep time – 20 min. Serves-14-16 laddoo.
