HOW TO MAKE MASALA CHAI
Lightly crush all the spices and add them into a small pot. Add tea and bring it to the boil. Then turn off the heat and let it steep for 10 minutes. Boiling the tea will make it bitter, so get it to a spot, then turn the heat off. Add milk and sweetener. Boil again. Do not boil much, though. Strain and serve. #instantrecipes
