Instant Homemade cerelac with Roasted Gram (Chana) and Moong Daal
Ingredients:
1. Roasted Chana (easily available in Market)

2. Dhuli Moong Daal
Method:
1. Remove the brown cover of chana as shown in pic. Also ensure the chana you are buying is of good quality and without salt if baby is less than 1 year old.
2. Even though it will be roasted when you buy it,roast it again at home so that any moisture in packet goes. This will keep cerelac fresh for longer time.
3.Roast Dhuli Moong Daal (without cover/chilka) seperately until slightly brown.
4. Mixer grind both content together or seperately as you wish.
I generally do seperately so that I can change the proportion at the time of serving. It also gives different taste to baby.
5.Store in air tight container in fridge.
While finally preparing to serve, just add boiling water to the bowl which will already have the cerelac in desired quantity.Stir well, until its lump free.
Cool it and serve warm :)
