2.5 cups water Preparation -Mix all ingredients in a bowl until mixed without any lumps and it should be like a watery consistency. -Keep it aside for 20 minutes. - Pour on hot tawa and add about 1tbsp oil and Roast it in medium flame untill it turns golden colour . -Serve hot Rava Dosa with peanut chutney or coconut chutney
