My daughter needs variety in food. I tried this recipe in morning today my daughter loved it.
Ingredients:-3 tomatoes. 1 or 2 red chillies Ginger ½ cup suji ½ cup rice flour ¼ cup wheat flour Finely chopped onions Jeera Salt
Instructions:- * Blend tomato chilli and ginger in fine paste without adding water. *Transfer in big mixing bowl and add ½ cup suji, ½ cup rice flour and ¼ cup wheat flour. *Add 2 cup water and mix well *Add onion jeera and salt and let it rest for sometime. *Add some more water for watery consistency. *Pour the batter on hot tawa and spread some oil uniformly. *Lower the flame and cook.
My daughter loved it and after so many days finished her breakfast completely.
