Yes.. third trimester scans are recommended for monitoring the growth of the baby.. as maximum weight gain for the baby will be after 32 weeks, u need to do scans in third trimester.. for growth monitoring per say regular ultrasound is enough.. but u can go for 4D scans if u would like to see your baby as the images are really good..
