Vinitha it's simple if the baby's weight is more then it's difficult to come out in vaginal delivery. However there are women who had delivered 4 kgs babies in normal vaginal delivery, @5a3cf70940e68736e8b993ec one of our Momstar delivered her 4 kgs baby Eva through vaginal delivery. So it all depends on the will power of the mother. I have not heard of Pendulous tummy and csection.
