You have to speak with the paediatrician, yes they will come down from their birth weight immediately but in 2 weeks they will be back to their birth weight and from there it should increase.

Actually uske birth ke baad jo kam hona tha weight wo ho gaya .uske baad ab brrasfeeding pe hai. Uska weight abhi 1.750 se 1.730 hua isliye meri maa aur main; tention me aaye!!!!!!
