vitamin d is synthesised by our skin. so just allow your child to be in early morning aun rays and thats fine. artificials drops dont make much difference

My kids are 8 and 6 yrs old.During their first year, doc never used to prescribe vit D..nowadays everything has changed.. some docs are prescribing..but as Mitra said, it depends on development as well as mother's vitamin condition also..if ur paed prescribes, better to follow..
