Aliyan breastfeeding has it's own benefits but feeding the; baby to its hunger is more important. If you are able to breastfeed please do but if you have any issues then give formula. And no it's a wrong notion that formula fed babies are not healthy, they are healthy as well if not why will doctors suggest..
