baby's tongue gets clean with mother's areola if breastfed....pediatric usually don't recommend inserting anything or giving anything apart from breast milk....there are finger brushes and cleaners available but please take advice of ur doctor before using anything

hi pls don't use glycerine. there r tongue cleaners that u can get to clean the tongue. or u can clean with the above mentioned methods. that's the best. but if the white doesn't come off after cleaning then it's thrush and u should consult with ur pediatrician he might prescribe some mouth paint.

If you feel there is some thrush in her tongue, after the bath, apply sweetflag/ vasambu which will take off the thrush. Try to avoid chemicals when we have other ayurvedic stuffs.

No . Not at all. Glycerine is a byproduct. It won't suit all. Baby is too small. So better to clean tongue with plain drinking water during bath. Once they start teething, wash in salt water.
