its recommended after delivery... don know if its proved but ter r articles it can cause contractions and induce labour...

Hello..<br> dont opt it on regular basis.. you can have once in a week.. not as a regular diet.. it causes more uterine contractions

I have 8 to 9 seeds&nbsp; ones a day ..hope tht is fine

Please have in moderation. while it had benefits it has side effects too.
