Is it common to have lot of weakness during pregnancy? My hands pain like anything if I do little more work. Is it common? Should I take anything?

Dear anon ur body is in the process of developing a new life within u and hence u need to make sure u eat every 2 to 3 hours and eat healthy things. This way u will not feel less energetic. Also some loss of energy is normal.. but make sure u stay hydrated...Can follow nutritional plans n diets me ruined in the articles of this app..
