Hi SriRupa,  It's not necessary to wear bra at home. It doesn't deshape the breast. If you do any activity and if it bounce  there is a stretch in cooper ligaments if you are a heavy bustline. For small bustline it doesn't matter... Also due to gravity bust get pulled down. so I usually advice not to wear bras as night.. and during the day if you at home wear some comfort bra.

I also have same ques..in this sticky weather i dnt like to wear it as it cause itching..but still wearing it so that there wud be ni sagging of breast..but i want to know can i atleast take it off in night?
