Is it normal for newborn poop in small quantities average times-30 to 40 times or more in 24 hrs? My daughter is completely on bf, she is gaining weight, but only concern is small poops. Pediatrician says it's ok, as new born can not hold bowel movements. Can any pediatrician on babychakra comment on this?

Due to this she got skin rashes, trying to keep skin dry and using ointment given by doctor..
