Is it normal to have sleep problems during third trimester? I am having a lot of speep problem. When i try to sleep, i just wake up and i fall asleep almost early morning. Any suggestions for it? That can help.

Yes it's common problem in last trimester as your belly has grown up you will not feel comfortable to sleep n it is a saying that your body will get prepared itself for coming sleepless nights after delivery so don't worry whenever you feel like to sleep take a nap as it's very important to take good sleep during pregnancy
