is it normal to loose appetite in early pregnancy....its become very tough to me to eat something ...what to do?

don't force yourself with anything during pregnancy. don't avoid eating if hungry but don't eat if you don't want to. alternatively have good fluids like nariyal Pani and other nutritional drinks

Yes,  it's normal.  You may have aversions towards a few things, however may also like a few.  Have what you like.  Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and have fruits.
