Is it okay.. that 2.5 month baby sleeps for 3-4 hrs continously.. without feeding.. or should I wake him up at regular intervals for feeding?

Hi yes as the baby is 2.5 months it's fine but not more than 5 hrs straight. Also make sure the baby pees 6 plus times.
