Is it okay to start exercises like planks, squats and lunges? It's been 115 days (going to be 4 months soon) since I had my c section.

Hi Rebecca , our body is the best to tell us when we are ready for some tough exercises. Though my doc gave a go ahead from the 3rd month but I could feel my body wasn’t ready so I only opted for brisk walking till the sixth month. I started with light exercises after 6 months and gradually opted for planks and squats . Rest 6 months were quite sufficient to shed my pregnancy weight along with a healthy diet. You must keep a check on the incision area. Initially you would feel some stretching and discomfort. Be cautious and listen to your gut. Do not over exert and start with light exercises after a month or so

Okay thx for the suggestions ladies, I'm still not comfortable sleeping on my tummy so guess I need to wait. I was working out in gym till the date I did my pregnancy test 😁
