Is it required to do vaccination of tetanus in first trimester ?
Yes, tetanus is vaccine protecting you against festering of wounds. I am a non medico, but would suggest go with doctors guidance at all <u>times</u>

Two tetanus shots are needed and both happen during the second trimester. Plus check with doc .
