You can start regular activities and stay active through the day. Maybe you can start with some warm ups so that you are prepared for exercises when your body is ready

After c section please don't start exercises so early... Give your baby time to heal... Start with brisk walks... usually it's recommended to start exercises after 6 months... If you wanna start early always make sure to seek permission with your doc.
