Is it safe to start semi solids for babies After three months..I am of the opinion that only breastfeeding should be done till six months but my MIL is behind me to start giving her light food from third month..pls advise..I am very confused..

No juices are also not given. Not even water is necessary till the baby completes six months. Mothers milk has all nutrients and water the baby needs. Keep breastfeeding

You are absolutely correct that solids should be started at about six months of age based on baby's readiness. Till then it's only mothers milk or if at all needed then formula.
