Is it safe to take swine flu vaccine for kids and adults, have heard it's in the air and to take the shots to prevent the swine flu, kindly advise .
use ucalyptas oil as much as possible... like pouring drop into hot water.. floor cleaning.. pls ensure cleaning hands with water often... if v go out... clean ur nostrils by water
