I consult doctor he suggested massage for both eyes Nd he prescribed EYEbrex eye drops. I m message both eyes but when m searching on Google max mom's suggest BM thts y m asking here. Thanks for replies @sonampatel @5fedec01cccb6d0014097596

Breast milk is definitely safe and it cleans but tear duct block you need to consult paediatrician and take drops.

No please... Don't use anything for baby's eye... Better to ask the doctor. They recommend massage...
