Yes it will cause nipple confusion among other problems. Baby finds bottle much easier and hence will show resistance and refusal at the breast. Please use vati and spoon. At the same time feed often and of possible express to help Stimulate the supply.

dear mom. firstly yes it's true that nipple confusion can happen. secondly first please ascertain the reason as to why ur baby is crying. babies cry for a lot of reasons. thirdly why do u think ur breastmilk isn't enough. try to get a breast pump and express ur milk. it's always better to feed babies this small with a bottle if ur breastmilk isn't sufficient. she is too small for spoon feeding. hope this helps.
