Is junk really bad?
I love junk to an entend that I can eat it all day for every meal. When I was pregnant the thing I craved most was burgers. Like mother like daughter. She's also a big time foodie like me. Burger is what she likes the most in food. And I don't really hesitate on feeding her the same. But the only thing I am consious about her eating junk is the nutrient. I make sure she's getting all the nutrients she coupd have had if she would have had food at home. I go for brown breads for the carbs, chicken for proteins, cheese any mayonnaise for calcium and fats (ok, fats are not bad if the amount you intake is adequate) .

And if she's having any sweets I make sure the toppings are nuts. You have fruits also in options for sweets ( as in waffles).

There are really many ways to make junk healthy. Plus it add ons taste also. Kids get a different variety to choose from. Make sure you make their; CHEATS healthy. Junk in a month is sure good fun

Very good question. Occasionally it's fine for kids. For me it's on the Total No list. I give my kid fries, sandwiches all the time. It's just that these food should not replace ...the nutrition food that are much better like our dal chawl sabzi.

( which i try to make at home mostly)
