U should consult ur doctor for this... Actually it depends on other factors too like cervical length n os... If these two things are proper then no need to concern otherwise doctor ask for bed rest...have a word with ur doctor, and for precaution follow few things like dont lift heavy weights, avoid stairs climbing, avoid bending, dont stand for much time... And yes as priti said placenta moves upward in most of the cases as baby <u>grows</u>
