Is quad marker blood test performed in 4 th month needs to be done with ultrasound or it can be done without ultrasound also?

Do quad marker test can be done without an ultrasound.. as I have completed 4 months and my doctor has said to get the test now without ultrasound saying 3rd month ultrasound scan will work.. will this give the right report? Not sure
