Ideally no kids needs Gripe water unless prescribed by the doc. They tend to have gas until they are 2-3 months old. Gripe water contains 4% alcohol, which might not be good in a long run. So if not prescribed by the doctor, don't give it.

please don't give anything apart from mother milk till 6month

Do not give anything to the baby without the prescription of the doctor. Some brands of gripe water even have a little alcohol content.
