its very healthy - both as halwa very and as upma wth veggies!

sooji is good and becomes more nutritious when added veggies. I used to give sooji with ghee, milk and grated dryfruits - little sweet. and also savoury dish - upma with grated carrot or at times peas. it's good to give sooji
