How many weeks pregnant r u now ? <br>
Walking is the best <u>exercise</u> if u haven't done anything before. Start with one <u>time</u> walk. Then increase to twice a day ....45 min walk is enough twice a day. <br>
Also listen to Ur body. Don't exert pressure. If u feel u need rest. Then. Rest. <br>
Stay active. Learn breathing exercises. And practice deep breathing. .TC
