Is there anything specific that I should have in the 9th month to help ease delivery or anything that is recommended that's healthy?

Butterfly and breathing exercises works wonders ...walk as much as your body permits...eat healthy...take enough <u>rest</u>

Eat healthy,; 8-9 hours of sleep, 15-20 minutes walk in a day would be enough, u can do Anulom belom breathing exercise of Ramdev baba is <u>excellent.</u>

I did lots of butterfly yoga, little squats.; Kegels and walk .; Breathing exercises as well . <u>M</u>.eat healthy and drink healthy.;;; !!all the best

Just be active...Have walks...And eat healthy... If doc suggests have mild exercises...Breathing exercises... All the best.
