Is this diaper rashes..? I used at night... Since it's first time I am trying to Pampers and Huggies... Night dry pampers I had used... Shall I apply cream...?

They are not looking like diaper rash it could be some kind of allergy .apply coconut oil on it but if it don't go by its own consult pedea .may be they are because of woolen clothes ,make him wear hosiery clothes under it

Try giving baby diaper free time . I used pampers. No issues. .just change frequently
