It has almost been 2 months to my c section..Can i go for little workout now

Ask your doctor first...I don't think she will allow.. wait till 6 months as u r a C-section mom...don't stress your body... After that u can try to loose weight

Don't go for workout right now...Start with walk now. And after seeking permission from doc start with workout. Although after c sec workout should b started around 6 months.

Go slow dear your body needs time for complete recovery. Start walking 10-15 minutes a day gradually increase.

Sapna its been one month . Better to take it slow. Start walking and do listen to your body. Take rest
