It is important to remember, how much we mean to our kids, we are their safe place, we are their comfort zone..
We may feel that they become more clingy when we are around. One minute everything was fine and once they see us they take out all their unpleasant feelings on us. Its because they trust us, because the second they see us they know everything is going to be fine, they can come crying to us and we will make their boo-boo go away..
A warm hug, a kiss on cheeks, and they are all better again. Its so beautiful. Love them while you can. You can make everything better for them, well if not you- then who??
