It is independence day tomorrow and I decided to teach about our national flag to my toddler.

I have set up a Indian national flag themed sensory Tray. This comprises of two scoopers, small bowls, masoor dal, green dal, sabudana & and of course Indian flag which is made out of cardboard.
If you are a toddler mum you must have realised that they are naturally drawn to transferring and pouring activities without we even teaching them.

Scooping pouring and transferring a three different activities and have various benefits like gross and fine motor skills development, vocabulary development. It encourages critical thinking and problem solving skills.
