It’s a delicious and super simple recipe made with the goodness of fresh eggs and vegetables.
- In a bowl mix 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon milk, ½ green bell pepper, 1 onion, salt, and pepper (as per your taste).
- Mix well and pour the mixture into a lightly greased pan. Cook it for 2-3 mins on a medium flame.
- Add 1 small tomato to it and cook it well for 2 more mins until it sets completely. Garnish it with celery or coriander. - Take 2 grilled or toasted slices of whole wheat or multigrain bread and fill it with the egg preparation.
